Shipping Policy
- Once order is confirmed by payment, we start processing of the order and it is shipped. Order cannot be cancelled, once it is shipped. However, you can cancel the order by contacting us, even after payment, within 2 hours of placing the order and making the payment.
- Order will be processed in time and booked for shipping as early as possible. In case of any delay due to unavoidable reasons, you will be informed by us by email or phone.
- For most orders, we employ the services of reliable couriers, with wide coverage throughout India and with the facility to track shipments on their website.
- However, for certain locations, which are not serviced by couriers, we use the Postal service. However, the postal service may not accept some items like liquids, tools, etc.
- For large orders, we employ the services of road transport service providers.
- Material is booked for courier within 2-3 days after we receive order confirmation with payment. Rarely, in case of large orders, or when the material is out of stock at the time of your order, do we need some more time for booking the material with the courier or transport agency.
- If the delivery is delayed or failed for any reasons or circumstances which are outside reasonable control, we will not be held responsible for it (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters (heavy rainfall, landslides, floods, etc), lock outs, accidents, breakdown/shortage of fuel or raw material, and war). In such case, delivery time will be extended.
- When we receive an enquiry for ‘out of stock’ products, we will get back to you after checking availability of the items. The shipping/delivery charges will be notified to you by email. After which, you can make a payment.
- Once the order is booked for shipping by courier, transport or post, the time taken for delivery or any delay by these agencies is not our responsibility. We will co-operate fully with you, in case of delay by these agencies and follow up with these agencies for speedy delivery.
- We cannot guarantee day or time of delivery. In case, you are absent when the courier reaches you, the courier agency will follow its policy of either coming again or calling you for pickup of the material from their office.
- Before sending any material, we confirm the courier company’s coverage of your address/ PIN code by referring their website. However, in rare cases, if your address is too far from courier office or is very remote, courier agency may call you and ask you to pick up the material from their office, instead of giving home delivery.
- We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address and/or PIN code you provide at the time of order placement or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided. At the time of order placement, we insist that you check the recipient address.
