Refund And Cancellation
- Order can be cancelled by you before payment is made by you.
- Once order is confirmed and payment is made by you, order cannot be cancelled. Order will be processed and booked for shipping to your address. There will be no refunds in this case.
- In case, some of the items are damaged during transit, we can replace the damaged material with a new item, by resending the damaged material. This can be done after we receive a photograph of the damaged material in our packing.
- Alternately, we can refund the amount corresponding to the value of the damaged material. This will be done by bank transfer to your bank account (bank account details provided by you).
